Please make sure you contact Customer Care Service at (1-800-469-8720) and acquire your ‘Return Authorization Number’. Kindly do email your concern and feedback at (email@example.com). All the sealed and unsealed products must be shipped back with the ‘Return Authorization Number’ and invoice.
All refunds will be credited in the form of ‘Gift coupons’ / ‘WHYANT Coupons’.
The refunds will be processed within 4-6 business days after receipt of your return.
All refunds are valid for products which are informed to WHYANT not beyond 90 days.
Product used less than 60 – 90 days:
Whyant Wellness believes in delivering its best to the customers. The customer needs to understand the efficiency and time period of the products used. We will not be making any refunds to the product used for less than 60 days.

Products damaged during shipment:
If your purchase from WHYANT is found to be damaged during shipment, customers should contact Customer Care Services within 3 days of receipt and return the package within 7 days, for a replacement to be sent.
